Returning Student Registration

For your convenience a registration checklist can be found below.  Thank you for looking it over so that all of the required paperwork, along with your registration fee can be sent back to our office by the following deadlines: (For prices, please refer to the current year’s Tuition & Fee Schedule and Policies 2026-2027 which is distributed to families in February.)

  • Early Registration Fee (due before March 1 st ) A minimum non-refundable deposit can be made per child or per family which will be applied towards the early registration fee with the balance due by June 1.  This early deposit will lock families into the discounted registration fee rate until June 1 st .
  • Regular Registration Fee (if paid between March 1 st  and July 1 st )
  • Late Registration Fee (if paid after July 1 st)

Returning Student Registration Process:

Registration Fees Pay the fees as outlined in the Fee Schedule.
Financial Information Complete one form per family.
Intent for Re-Enrollment Form Complete one form per family.
Student Profile Information for Verification Review this database report and make corrections or additions as needed.
Photo Usage Consent Complete one form per family.
School Entrance Health Form Complete page 1 of the form for each child in grades PreK, K, and 6.  Submit to your medical provider to complete pages 2-4.  (7-8th grade students who will participate in basketball will also require a health exam.)
Continuing Consent to Treatment Complete one form per student.
Financial Agreement The Principal/Business Manager will complete this form for each family to be signed by a parent/guardian.
Compliance Form Students in Grades 5-8 must complete the Handbook Compliance form after reading the current Student Handbook and the Acceptable Use Policy for technology.
